石油產(chǎn)品銅片腐蝕測定

　　原油中含有硫化物，其中大部分在煉制中被除去，然后，在殘留于石油產(chǎn)品中的硫化物中，有些可能對各種金屬產(chǎn)生腐蝕，而其腐蝕程度并不一定與總硫含量直接相關(guān)，其腐蝕影響可根據所含硫化物的化學(xué)類(lèi)型的不同而不同。
　　HSY-0232液化石油氣銅片腐蝕試驗器是按照中華人民共和國石油化工行業(yè)標準SH/T 0232《液化石油氣銅片腐蝕試驗法》設計制造的，可用于測定液化石油氣對銅片的腐蝕。本儀器適用于測定液化石油氣對銅片的腐蝕。
　　主要技術(shù)特點(diǎn)
　　1、儀器采用臺式結構形式，水浴采用電機自動(dòng)攪拌，水浴溫度由數字控溫儀控制，水浴溫度均勻，控溫精度高。
　　2、試驗彈筒采用不銹鋼制成，耐壓、耐腐蝕，*試驗的要求。
　　3、本儀器配件齊全，配有進(jìn)口標準色板和標準試驗銅片，操作簡(jiǎn)單，使用方便。
　　4、圓筒和閥等均由1Cr18Ni9Ti材料制成。
　　5、一次試驗可放兩只圓筒。
　　6、控溫裝置采用數字式顯示，反應靈敏，控溫準確。
　　7、 攪拌器由電機、攪拌軸、葉片組成，噪音低，效率高。
　　主要技術(shù)參數：
　　1、控溫范圍：         室溫～100.0℃。
　　2、控溫精度：         ±0.5℃。
　　3、溫度傳感器：       Pt100。
　　4、加熱功率：          兩檔，控溫加熱功率600W，輔助加熱功率1000W。
　　5、攪拌電機轉速：      1400r/min。
　　6、延時(shí)范圍：          0.01秒～99小時(shí)99分。
　　7、盛樣孔：            2個(gè)。
　　8、整機功耗：          不大于1700W。
　　9、外形尺寸：          390㎜×310㎜×730㎜(長(cháng)×寬×高)。
